We will try our best at all times. Occasionally, you may feel that we have failed you in some way. Most complaints arise out of misunderstandings and occur particularly when we are busy and when our patients are worried and unwell. We find that simple explanations and apologies may often be sufficient to settle complaints. Try to mention your concerns at the time: you may be able to talk over the problem. If you feel you cannot do this, but would like to draw attention to a problem, then there is a practice complaints procedure.

Abusive and Violent Patients

We have zero tolerance policy towards patients who act in these ways. Any patients using or displaying intimidatory or threatening behaviour or abusive language towards doctors, staff, fellow patients or visitors will be requested to leave the premises and may be removed from the practice.
